Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. (hereinafter called “DRC”) agrees to provide National Museum of American Jewish History (hereinafter called the “Client”) and Client agrees to purchase services upon the terms and conditions and in accordance with “Schedule A”, attached hereto, and other provisions stated herein, potentially including but not limited to services to be rendered by DRC in connection with assisting in gathering data in conjunction with the preparation, and assist with the preparation, of the Client’s schedules of assets and liabilities and statements of financial affairs, and solicitation, calculation and tabulation of votes under any plan of reorganization or liquidation. Client agrees and understands that none of the services constitute legal advice.
