(“Applixure”) and contains the terms and conditions and privacy policy governing your use of Applixure software and Internet –based service ("Software", "Service"), including any websites, forums, technology, information, data, computer code and materials Applixure makes available to you as part of, or in connection with the Services. This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between Applixure and you for the Software and Services.
