Effective 1 January 2021, in accordance with applicable law, neither this agreement, the website nor the Revolut App should be regarded as a solicitation, promotion or advertisement of the services that we will provide under this agreement in any Member State of the European Economic Area, other than the United Kingdom. In such circumstances, where you are situated in a Member State of the European Economic Area other than the United Kingdom, we will only provide you the services under this agreement where you initiate such services at your own exclusive initiative; where we provide you services on this basis, they are not deemed as provided in the territory of the European Economic Area.
