Pursuant to this Agreement (the “Amendment”), Business Telecom, Inc. (“BTI”) and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”, hereby agree to amend the Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated February 21, 2000 (“Interconnection Agreement”).
