SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASESettlement Agreement and Release • January 13th, 2014
This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement” or “Settlement”) is made by and between plaintiff Bryana Bible (“Plaintiff”), for herself and the Settlement Class (as defined below), on the one hand, and General Revenue Corporation (“GRC”), for itself and the Released Parties (as defined below), on the other hand. GRC, Settlement Class Counsel (as defined below) and Plaintiff hereby stipulate and agree that, in consideration of the promises and covenants set forth in this Agreement and upon entry by the Court (as defined below) of a Final Approval Order (as defined below), all claims of Plaintiff and the Settlement Class Members (as defined below) in the action entitled Bible v. GRC, U.S.D.C. District of Minnesota Case No. 12-cv-01236-RHK-JSM (the “Action”), shall be settled, compromised and released upon the terms and conditions contained herein.
