This Cardmember Agreement, together with the accompanying Rates and Terms Schedule (“Schedule”), govern your account with First National Bank of Omaha and are collectively referred to below as the “Agreement”. The Schedule provides important information about annual percentage rates, specific types and amounts of finance charges and fees that may be charged to your account under certain circumstances and other important information about your account. Please read this Cardmember Agreement and the Schedule carefully and retain both for future reference.
