This agreement (AGREEMENT) is made and entered into this day of , 2020, between Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the Pinellas Planning Council (PPC) and HW Lochner, Inc. (CONSULTANT), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
