This is a legal contract between Icon Company LTD, Rodney Bayside Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, St. Lucia, hereinafter referred to as the Company. This document, together with our AML and KYC Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, represents the terms with which company will do business with Customer. This document sets out the respective rights and obligations of both parties in connection with this service and both parties will accept and be bound by these terms on acceptance of the terms contained herein and on completion of the application form by Customer.
