(“Defendants”) and by Plaintiffs Tasha Beard, Marlon Bell, Kimberly Castillo, Caleb Cheely, Norma Criollo, Janell Tarver, and Dashanae Roberts (“Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the Class that Plaintiffs seek to represent (as defined herein).
