THIS AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) entered into by and between the firm of Mainelli Wagner & Associates, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “ENGINEER,” and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY.” Collectively the County and the Engineer may be referred to as “the Parties.”
