THIS IS AN AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) effective as of , 2013 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Madison County Board of Supervisors, Post Office Box 608, Canton, Mississippi 39046-0608 (“Owner”) and Rudy Warnock, P.E., Warnock & Associates, 158 West Center Street, Canton, Mississippi 39046 (“Engineer”). Owner intends to widen Bozemand Road from Highway 463 to Gluckstadt Road from the existing 2 lane configuration to a 5 lane curb and gutter section. Engineering services will include all engineering required including, bridge improvement, intersection improvments, lane improvements, ect. Owner intends with this Agreement to employ Engineer to conduct envirionmental engineering, design engineering and construction engineering services related to Bozeman Road Widening (the “Project”).
