If Customer does not give Verizon written notice of a Disputed Amount with respect to charges or the application of Taxes within 3 months of the date of an invoice, the invoice will be deemed to be correct and binding on Customer. Customer is liable for all fees and expenses, including attorney’s fees, reasonably incurred by Verizon in attempting to collect any charges owed under this Agreement.
