(“PWAS”) provides use of its Managed Valuation Model Report system, also known as MVM Reports (“Services”) under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (the “Agreement”) by PWAS (also “we,” “us,” or “our” in this Agreement). The terms and conditions below are applicable to all Services unless otherwise indicated.
