This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and MP Garners Ferry SC, LLC, with respect to the Property located at 7451 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, South Carolina. The Property includes approximately 1.8 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Number 16312-01-08. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of December 7, 2020, and any amendments thereto, by MP Garners Ferry SC, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
