This REGISTRY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) between Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“ICANN”), and China Organizational Name Administration Center, a non-­‐profit institution formed under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (“Registry Operator”).
