Use of the FLARE TECHNOLOGY LLC software programs (“Software”) is subject to the license contained herein and terms and conditions of this Master License Agreement (the “MLA”). Issuance of a purchase order to FLARE TECHNOLOGY LLC, or to one of its wholly- owned subsidiaries, or to one of its certified resellers for the purchase and license of Software automatically activates this license and grants to your organization (“Licensee”) the right to request activation key(s) for use on specific servers. This Agreement is effective immediately upon installation of the Licensed Property (the “Effective Date”).
