This Agreement is made and entered into as of October 5, 2023 by and between the Santa Barbara Local Agency Formation Commission, a public agency organized and operating under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 105 E. Anapamu Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 (“Commission”), and Davis Farr LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership with its principal place of business at 5927 Priestly Drive Suite 201, Carlsbad, CA 92008 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). Commission and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
