INSTRUCTIONS (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF LANCASTER, a California municipal corporation (“City” or “Buyer”), and THE MARK E. THOMPSON 2004 TRUST (“Seller”) for acquisition by Buyer of all of Seller’s interests, tangible and intangible, in that certain Property defined and described below. The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be April 25, 2017.
