This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is made and entered into by and between the Regional Transportation Council (RTC), the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), and the Town of Addison, Texas, (ADDISON), individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” The purpose of this ILA is to establish the terms and conditions funding of Addison’s Contribution to the Project as those terms are hereinafter defined.
