The Master Subscription Agreement takes effect upon becoming a paying customer. It is accepted by the customer during the purchase process of our products. This Master Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the obligations and rights of the Customer and Limino BV (hereinafter referred to as "Bizztracker"). By signing an Order Form or by accepting these terms and conditions upon a sign up procedure, or in any other way, you hereby confirm that you are authorized to bind the Customer through such execution.
