This Settlement Agreement and Release ("Settlement Agreement" or "Agreement") is entered into between Plaintiff-Petitioners Ramona Rita Morales and Investment Development. Group, LLC (the "Plaintiffs") on behalf of themselves and Class Members, as defined below, and Defendant the City oflndio (the "City" or "Defendant"), collectively, the "Parties," to settle, fully and finally, all of the Released Claims (as defined below). Except as otherwise specified, defined terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Recitals and Definitions sections of this Agreement.
