The Property includes approximately 4.56 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Number 056-03-01-062. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of November 26, 2019, and any amendments thereto, by Thornwell Apartment Partners, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
