This Agreement is the contract that covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning electronic fund transfer (EFT) services offered to Business Members by Verity Credit Union (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign or transmit an application and any authorized users. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Verity Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union. By transmitting any online authorization, signing the Account Card or signing or using a Check Card, ATM Card, Telephone Teller or Online Business Banking service, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amendments.
