This Amendment, dated effective July 1, 2019, is between Clean Water Services (District), and Kemira Water Solutions, Inc. (Seller), and amends the parties’ Contract for Purchase of Ferric Chloride Solution dated effective July 1, 2015 as amended by the First Amendment to Contract dated effective April 18, 2016, the Second Amendment dated effective July 1, 2016, the Third Amendment dated effective July 1, 2017, the Fourth Amendment dated effective March 1, 2018, the Fifth Amendment dated effective July 1, 2018, the Sixth Amendment dated effective March 1, 2019, the Seventh Amendment dated effective May 21, 2019, and the Eighth Amendment dated effective July 1, 2019 (collectively, Contract).
