This Instructor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered with the Santa Rosa Junior College (“College”) and (“Instructor”). WHEREAS, the College desires to provide college-credit bearing courses at the (“School”) to high school students (“Concurrent Enrollment Courses”) and the (“District”) desires to have Concurrent Enrollment Courses offered to its students; and
