This extension to the Provisional National Security Agreement (the “Second Extension Agreement”) is made as of the date of the last signature affixed hereto, by and between GU Holdings Inc. (“GU Holdings”), on the one hand, and the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), and the U.S. Department of Defense (“DoD”), “Government Parties” or “Compliance Monitoring Agencies” (“CMAs”) on the other hand (each referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
