THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 20th day of December, 2019, by and between the MICHIGAN STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and politic ("Authority") and ICEBREAKER RESOURCES LLC, DBA IBR SEARCH, a Pennsylvania Corporation (“Contractor") to provide Executive Search services that will be used to assist MSHDA in the search, recruitment, and selection of an Executive Director.
