This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by the County of Rappahannock, Virginia (Rappahannock) and Rappahannock Trails Coalition (RappTrails), who are collectively referred to in this MOU as “the parties.” The purpose of this MOU is to define the parties’ responsibilities related to Rappahannock’s Transportation Alternatives (TA) Set-Aside Grant to build the Schools Connector Trail (UPC #113590).
