This Amendment (“Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Mobius Communications Company (“CLEC”), a Nebraska corporation. Qwest and CLEC shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
