This Contract, by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of General Services, Central Procurement Office hereinafter referred to as the (“State”), and Contractor Legal Entity Name (“Contractor,”) is for the provision of Managed Service Provider (“MSP”), as further defined in the "SCOPE." State and Contractor may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” to this Contract.
