INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT dated September 7, 2018, between RMR Real Estate Income Fund (the "Fund"), a Maryland statutory trust, and RMR Advisors LLC (the "Advisor"), a Maryland limited liability company (this "Agreement").
