THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and APPLIANCE & TV RENTALS, INC. d/b/a Foones-4- U (Fones-4-U”), a Florida corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Fones-4-U or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
