This Agreement for Professional Legal Services (this “Agreement”) is effective May 23, 2023, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”), on the one hand, and Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell LLP (“Attorneys”), on the other hand. County and Attorneys are sometimes individually referred to as “Party,” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
