THIS MASTER SSO SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made and entered into this day of (the “Effective Date”) by and between The Dayton Power and Light Company d/b/a AES Ohio, which is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio, and each of the suppliers listed on Appendix A severally, but not jointly (each an “SSO Supplier” and, collectively, the “SSO Suppliers”). AES Ohio and each SSO Supplier are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
