This exciting opportunity is for an Agreement for the installation, operation and maintenance of Electronic Charging Stations at Bellingham International Airport (BLI). Space made available is negotiable based on the number of stations being proposed for placement in the airport’s commercial terminal. Charging stations will be installed by the successful proposer for promotional value in exchange for a negotiated payment to the Port of Bellingham (Port). The proposals will be ranked and the most responsive proposal(s) may be offered an Agreement with the Port. The Port will be the sole judge as to which proposal(s) best suits the Airport’s needs and requirements. Judgement shall be based on the following five (5) criteria:
