This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”, “Agreement”) is an addendum to and forms part of the master agreement between the Administrator of Bitrix24 Customer Account and Bitrix24 ((https://www.bitrix24.com/terms/) to reflect the parties’ agreement for the provision of the Processor Services (as amended from time to time) and processing of Bitrix24 Customer Account User’s Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation.
