This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of January, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Price County Telephone Company (“Price County”) and Price County Information Systems, LLC (“SYSTEMS”), (collectively “PCTC”), which are Wisconsin Corporations, with their principal offices at 105 North Avon Avenue, P.O. Box 108, Phillips, Wisconsin 54555-0108 and United States Cellular Corporation on behalf of its subsidiaries and affiliates, as provided in Appendix C, that are the Federal Communications Commission licensees for the geographic area in which traffic is exchanged (“USCC”), a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 8410 West Bryn Mawr, Chicago, IL 60631-34866 . PCTC and USCC are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
