Allen, c/o Extra Space Storage Inc., 2795 Cottonwood Parkway, Suite 400, Salt Lake City, UT 84121 (together with any other trustee or trustees properly appointed and serving at any time under the provisions of this Declaration, the “Trustees”), and such persons or entities as may become beneficial owners by the acceptance of certificates evidencing Shares of Beneficial Interest (as defined in Section 6 hereof) issued hereunder (the “Shareholders”).
