These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) are applicable to, and incorporated by reference into, any order form or customer agreement related to the rental or sale of any products or services supplied by Francotyp-Postalia, Inc., d/b/a FP Mailing Solutions, Inc. (“FP”) to the customer (a “Customer”) listed on the applicable order form or customer agreement.
