This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) effective this day of , 2021 is entered into by and between Hall County GA (“Client”), with offices at 2875 Browns Bridge Road Gainesville, Georgia 30504-5635 and Witt O’Brien’s, LLC (“Consultant”), located at 818 Town & Country Blvd., Suite 200, Houston, Texas 77024 USA. For purposes of this Agreement, Client and Consultant may be referred to individually as the “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
