The purpose of this RFP is to provide the Bidders or any other person with information to assist the formulation of their financial offers (“Bid”). This RFP includes statements, which reflect various assumptions and assessments arrived at by BSCL in relation to this scope. This Tender document does not purport to contain all the information each Bidder may require. This Tender document may not be appropriate for all persons, and it is not possible for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), BSCL and their employees or advisors to consider the objectives, technical expertise and particular needs of each Bidder.
