This PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and effective as of September 8, 2015 (“Effective Date”), between the City of La Puente, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Precision Concrete Cutting, a California corporation (“Consultant”). The City and Consultant are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
