INTERNAL REGULATIONS 1 – INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK The Arthur Rimbaud French School of Dar es Salaam is a French academic institution registered by the French Ministry of National Education and in Agreement with the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE).The Agreement stipulates the relationships and teamwork between the management body (Management Board of Parents Association) and the Head of School.The Head of School, appointed by the AEFE, is solely responsible for the educational management of the school, ensuring compliance with the rules of the education programs and rules of agreement.
