This offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) shall be addressed to individuals; according to part 2 of Article 398 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic it shall be considered to be a public offer made by Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN OJSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) to conclude an Agreement with the Bank for personal banking services, including the MBank service; and the terms and conditions of such Agreement shall be contained in this Offer.
