Visa® Debit Card Agreement and Disclosure Statement

BBVA USA1 is pleased to issue you a Visa Debit Card (“Card”), which enables you to make certain electronic fund transfers to and from your Deposit Account(s). This Agreement and Disclosure Statement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Card. You do not have to sign this Agreement but you should sign the physical Card as soon as you receive it – it helps protect against Unauthorized Use of your Card. By retaining or using the Card or by authorizing anyone else to use the Card, you have agreed to the terms of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference. Unless otherwise stated herein, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and your Deposit Account agreement, the terms of this Card Agreement shall control.
