This Agreement, along with any other documents we give you pertaining to your account(s), is a contract which covers your and our responsibilities concerning your account(s) with us and accounts available to you. The type of account and ownership you have is designated on your signature card. By signing the signature card, you each agree, jointly and severally, to the terms of this Agreement, including the Funds Availability Policy, Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement, Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, our bylaws and policies. You further agree that any subsequent accounts and services you request or obtain will also be governed by this Agreement.
