(“Agency”) has elected to participate in the Domestic Violence Comparable Database (“DV Comparable Database”). The DV Comparable Database software is licensed by the Georgia Housing Finance Authority (“GHFA”), who has designated it to be solely administered by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”). The DV Comparable Database is a database that collects and maintains information on the characteristics and service needs of clients. The system collects and stores client–level data, which can be used to generate unduplicated and aggregate reports to determine the use and effectiveness of the services being provided to the homeless population. The DV Comparable Database is comparable to a Homeless Management Information System, except it is a closed system.
