This Agreement Between the City of Napa and Napa County Regarding Annual Reporting of Affordable Housing Production (the “Agreement”) by and between the City of Napa (“City”), a California charter city and municipal corporation, and Napa County (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California, is dated, for reference purpose, December 17, 2019, to reflect the first date upon which it is executed by both the City and the County, as shown by the signatures of their authorized representatives below. City and County may hereinafter be collectively referred to as "the Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
