This guarantee includes the prompt, punctual, and full payment of all rents and other charges that may become due and are owed by Student, as well as reimbursement for any damages caused by Student or guest of Student. This guarantee remains in effect throughout the term of this lease, or any renewal or extension thereof; for so long as Student may owe any sum to the landlord.
