This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to incorporate the determinations of the FCC Omaha Forbearance Order into the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), formerly known as U S WEST Communications, Inc., a Colorado corporation, and Trinsic Communications, Inc. (f.k.a Z-Tel Communications, Inc.) (“CLEC”). CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the (“Parties”).
